This is the first of three free dedicated virtual sessions with a nurse who understands what a NICU stay is like for a family - feeding, growth, sleep, medications, and settling in at home.

As a Discovery Health member, your family has free access to Nurture@Home - one-on-one support from a nurse, for any family whose little one spent time in NICU. There's nothing to pay. It's already part of your membership, whether or not anyone's mentioned it to you before now.

This is your second free session. Feeding can look different once you're home than it did in NICU - that's expected, not something you're doing wrong. This session gives you personal, one-on-one guidance from a nurse on feeding, weight gain, and routines, with practical checklists to help you feel confident, not just informed.

This is your third and final free session with a nurse. We hope these sessions have brought moments of comfort, connection, and small victories - even if things still feel delicate and new.

You are doing an extraordinary job. You and your little one have already walked one of the hardest paths a family can face, and you're learning each other in a new environment now - your home, your pace, your rhythm.
